“Weep with those who weep.”
~ Romans 12:15

Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
“God is not dead, nor does He sleep,
The wrong shall fail, the right prevail,
With peace on earth, good will to men.”
~ Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
“I Heard the Bells on Christmas Day”

Weeping over here, Jennifer. Weeping, grieving, questioning, praying. Oh Lord have mercy. This is why He came…to light up this dark world with hope and comfort for those who mourn.

It is such an incredibly heavy-hearted day. Clinging to this message, Jennifer.

Only you, Jennifer. You brought light to this dark day. And that verse from the carol–one of my very, very favorites.

When there are no words, God still hears the heart. Praying with no words to say.

Oh yes. We need the Light only He can provide. What a day.

Thank you for this quiet beauty here. The truth of the Word is the only thing that sustains in the dark. His light can never be hidden, no matter the effort of the enemy.

Praying and grieving with you, with the families, with all who suffer. Come Lord Jesus.

Cannot fathom the depths of such evil. So saddened for Newtown. Praying for all the grieving. And grieving with your entire country. Love and many prayers from Canada.

Perfect words, perfect photo… expressing all our hearts. Sometimes, this horrific evil seems all encompassing… but may the light of Bethlehem shine in and through us even more.
