The God-Colors

September 6, 2010 | 20 comments

All the world is a crayon box,

and it holds more than 24.

“Here’s another way to put it:
You’re here to be light,
bringing out the Godcolors in the world.”
— Matthew 5:14 (The Message)

***

We’re resting from our labors today, enjoying the masterpiece of God’s world.
And when we slow,
the Author of color opens eyes to wonder.

Amazing pix!I love GOD colors…years ago, I felt life colors fade away with the passing on of my husband…I became comfortable with gray. One day, GOD showed me HIS GOD colors…told me the colors were His and were returning…and they did…looking just like that!

Indeed, the puckered lips on the first image and the hand reaching through the bubble (and seemingly the screen too) on the second image–wow!

    Lovely message too.

    Blessings.

Thank you for showing me my God Colors when my eyes could no longer see. I added to my blog if you want to see it. This was my children's sermon last Sunday. Your name was spoken in Lester!
