Wow. I can’t remember the last time we sang The Doxology in church.
I had to go look it up the Greek: “Glory” “Saying”
Isn’t that cool?
That is cool, D. Maybe we can sing a duet on the way to Des Moines? 😉
The Doxology always reminds me of fellowship and blessing. Beautiful bounty that you’ve shared.
I haven’t heard the Doxology since I was a kid. Then I would think…”Oh no!!! Not that song again!” But you know…now I think of the actual words and they are good. Thanks for sharing that. Got me to thinking again.
This photo makes me want to reach through the screen and grab some veggies. The textures and colors are beautiful.
What Susie said is about the most accurate I could be.
Thanks, Friend. Sure hope to meet you soon. Have SO many questions.
“AAAAAHHHHHHMeeeeeennnnnn.” I love the end to that song. I’m lifted in the simple praise of His name…
I love the beautiful colors in this pic! You got me adding some praise of my own to God! Thanks.
Love it… if you want to hear a wonderful version of the doxology, look up Guy Penrod of the Gaithers, and listen to his children sing it, AWESOME and worshipful.
